so that they will be faithful, fruitful, fulfilled, and God will be glorified.
To accomplish this goal, Galloway is forming a team that will use “NETWORK”, a proven comprehensive approach to ministry effectiveness.

Galloway attenders and members will be given the opportunity to have a Servant Profile created on them. One’s Servant Profile is not of there own choosing, but of God’s design. We are each uniquely gifted for ministry. There are no right or wrong Servant Profiles. A Servant Profile is the make-up of ones Passion, Spiritual Gifts, Personal Style, Spiritual Maturity, and Availablity. A Ministry Development Coach will help individuals discover and understand the details of their personal profile.
Once a Servant Profile is completed, it will be provided to Galloway ministry leaders. They will follow-up to discuss the possibilities of them serving on their ministry team.
To begin the process, print a copy of the servant profile general information questionnaire (below). Then return the completed form to the church office. A Ministry Leadership Coach will contact you for the next step.
