Family Ministry

Galloway’s family ministry, Homefront, provides resources to help families live God’s plan everyday.  There are 3 components to our family ministry - Equip, Inspire, & Support.

Equip

Homefront equips families by providing a Monthly Parent Newsletter, Parenting/Marriage Life Classes on Sunday Mornings, and a Family Resource Room.

Inspire

Homefront offers inspiration to families through family Worship times, a Christmas Event, Family Movie Nights, and Family Missions.

Support

Support to families is offered through Wednesday Evening Life Classes (open forum style), Powerchurch:(emails, cards, calls), MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) Group, Moms & Kids Storytime, and Men, Women, & Parent Groups.

Description of Activities & Resources provided through Homefront:

Sunday Morning Worship Together (Ages 4 & up)

On the 4th Sunday of each month the children start upstairs with their families.  This provides an opportunity to worship God as a family.

10:45 am Worship Service

Family Resource Center

The Resource Center is open every day. Build a Godly family through learning, reading and activities together. This bright and colorful room is filled with a collection of books, games, CDs, DVDs and learning materials that can be used in the church or at home.
